A company is looking for a Supervisor, Authorization to oversee the prior authorization request process and manage the authorization team. Key Responsibilities Supervise the authorization team's compliance with policies, procedures, and performance standards Monitor authorization requests inventory and allocate resources effectively Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to meet productivity goals and improve documentation accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of related experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance is preferred Experience in onboarding, hiring, and training team members Ability to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
