This hybrid role involves overseeing compliance, business controls, and risk management with a focus on trading desk activities, including Equities or Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities asset classes. Key Responsibilities: Manage compliance, business controls, and risk management within Global Markets. Supervise market conduct risk and trade surveillance. Exercise critical thinking to influence management and improve control environments. Requirements: 4 years of experience in compliance, business controls, or risk management with exposure to trading desks. Knowledge of Global Markets with a focus on market conduct risk. Experience with Equities or Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities asset classes. Nice-to-Have Skills: Ability to challenge existing processes and improve operational environments.
