Audiology/Clinical Trainer – Northern California Seeking a dynamic individual to provide expert training and support to field professionals on product usage and software in the Audiology/Hearing Aid and accessory space; focusing on the Northern California market.Responsibilities include conducting customer training activities, supporting product launches, and collaborating with inter-company departments.Extensive travel required; 75% including multiple weekly overnights.Key Responsibilities: Conduct regional, in-office, and online customer training (80%) Provide clinical expertise and training on product portfolio (10%) Support sales staff with assigned tasks (10%) Requirements: Doctorate Audiology degree required 2+ years of clinical or industry experience with hearing aid technology and fitting software Prior training or teaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management Proficiency in digital technology and MS Windows environments Ability to travel within assigned territory.
