What You’ll Do Meet with clients, communicate with adversaries, negotiate and draft various types of business contracts Provide partners with support for their matters, operating in a team environment Review and negotiate various types of business agreements, commercial real estate leases and financing documents and conduct closings Spend time marketing and networking to obtain your own new clients What You Bring Education: Juris Doctor Degree plus admission to NY state bar Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Real Estate matters.
