The candidate should have a broad knowledge of general real estate law and some litigation experience. Real Estate experience would include purchase and sales agreements, leases, development agreements, municipal permitting, and land use. Must be admitted in Ohio.Additional Skills: The candidate should possess solid writing, communication, and research skills. Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
