This hybrid role is ideal for a legal professional with at least 5 years of experience in Michigan auto and no-fault law, who is eager to engage in litigation and courtroom activities.DutiesManage pre-suit and litigation processes for auto and no-fault cases.Conduct depositions, including those of doctors, and effectively argue motions in court.Draft legal documents such as pleadings and case summaries.Prepare for and participate in trials, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring excellent service.Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve successful case outcomes.RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active Michigan Bar License.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in personal injury law, specifically auto and no-fault cases.Strong experience in conducting depositions and trial preparations.Proven ability to thrive in a courtroom setting with a proactive, performance-oriented attitude.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive membership in the Michigan State Bar.SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills for effective client interaction and court presentations.Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in case management.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.High ethical standards and a commitment to discretion and sound judgment.Desire to continuously learn and improve trial skills, with a willingness to take risks and learn from failures.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package, with bonuses and commissions for case referrals.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive environment.Flexible work arrangements that accommodate a hybrid model.
