The candidate will have regular court appearances and depositions (admitted attorneys only). Will draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses/demands, and motions. Perform legal research. Maintain contact with clients, opposing attorneys, and insurance carriers. Gather and compile facts and relevant case information.
