Our law firm is looking for an attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. If you have the ability to handle a diverse caseload, have stellar research and writing skills, can communicate effectively, and use today's technology well, please start your application today! Responsibilities: --- Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence --- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks --- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution --- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions --- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings Qualifications: --- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) --- Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm --- Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred --- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required --- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed About Company: Victorium Legal, Inc. specializes in estate planning and administration for business owners and Trust, Employment and Real Estate Litigation matters.
