Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal, In Person Hourly Rate: $18-$24, plus benefits, including a merchant ski pass and employee ski locker Education: High school diploma preferred but not requiredExperience: Customer service experience preferred Job Description: Club One is Vail Village's highest rated ski and snowboard locker room at the base of Gondola One in Vail Village. This position is for our attendant/guest services staff and is responsible for overseeing the customer experience throughout the duration of their day and ski season. This is a customer facing position that involves assisting guests with their needs during their transitions on and off of Vail Mountain including assisting with check-in, and gear moving, as well as maintaining a clean and professional environment within the locker room.Other duties include light housekeeping and snack/beverage inventory reporting. Club One is looking for a friendly and responsible individual who is enthusiastic about the slopeside lifestyle! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Club One locker room Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and help with ski equipment handling as needed Answer phone calls and respond to emails with club members Track and stock inventory; update spreadsheets and notify the Manager of low supplies Maintain coffee and concession areas, restocking items as needed Ensure common areas (locker room, restrooms, hallways, and entryways) are clean and well-kept Prepare customer areas before and after guests arrive, ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the day Perform light housekeeping tasks: disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning throughout bathrooms, trash removal, organizing, and restocking supplies Handle light laundry: collect and wash towels daily Coordinate with the Club and Facilities Managers on maintenance needs and guest requests Provide tours and information to prospective members and assist with locker sales and access needs Skills: Basic computer skills Written and verbal communication Managing daily tasks while maintaining availability for member requests Requirements: Must have daily transportation to and from Club One in Vail Village Must be able to commit to the duration of the ski season (Nov15th-Closing day) Must be English proficient in writing and speaking Able to leverage 75+Lbs/put out dumpsters each morning How to Apply: Apply by sending your resume to XXXX@remonov.com.
