Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and agent recruitment Oversee the transition of agents into the brokerage sales channel Manage a team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive sales and retention strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8 or more years of relevant technical experience 5 or more years of people management experience Must have or be able to obtain Health & Life Insurance licenses Preferred: Master's degree and Medicare or insurance industry experience
