We orchestrate people, strategies, technologies, and best-of-breed business processes. We seek a dedicated IT professional to join our team supporting the Army's Unified Directory Services (AUDS). This team is leading the way in leveraging cutting-edge technology to develop and maintain the Army's upcoming unified management platform. Responsibilities: Restart/bounce Azure components, clusters, and virtual machines (VMs). Create and manage swap space on deployed cloud systems per policies. Assign end-users to systems and troubleshoot issues as needed. Develop custom scripts to automate support processes using tools such as PowerShell and Java. Power off/down unused VMs and resolve issues at the Azure level. Manage Azure subscriptions and profiles. Create and manage policies that affect the global enterprise. Skills and Qualifications: Develop and implement robust Enterprise IT solutions. Manage and maintain Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. Optimize and streamline Operations Processes for efficiency. Design, deploy, and manage Technological Systems across the organization. Draft clear and concise technical documentation and reports. Ensure all written communication adheres to industry standards and best practices. What You'll Need to Succeed: Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Education may be substituted for more experience. Minimum of 2 years in a related field. CompTIA Security+, AZ-100: Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment Active Secret Clearance Strong understanding of Cloud Computing services. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, balancing solutions, schedules, and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in managing efforts, communicating status, and mitigating risks and issues. Ability to analyze project management needs and tailor industry best practices accordingly. Experience working with cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets.
