The successful Associate Planner will quickly be leading a variety of residential, commercial and mixed use schemes. Qualifications and Experience: In this instance applications are sought from candidates who are MRTPI qualified and who have demonstable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. Due to the travel commitments involved with the role a full UK drivers licence is essential. Within the role of Associate Town Planner you will; Prepare, manage and submit applications for numerous development schemes Liaise with clients, landowners and local authorities Prepare fee proposals Produce reports and statements Mentor junior members of the team Contribute to the continued growth of the team and workload In return the company are offering a competitive starting salary and full benefits package.
