We are seeking an Associate NOC Technician to provide customer service, technical support, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector clients. This entry-level role offers paid on-the-job training and the chance to work with some of the world's leading brands. As part of our team, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide a high level of customer support. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Respond to inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and courteous manner. * Understand customer needs and resolve inquiries. * Follow all Client program processes while maintaining professionalism. * Use systems and technology to complete account management tasks. * Accurately answer customer questions using the knowledge base and training resources. * Escalate issues to management when necessary and comply with confidentiality standards. * Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1+ years in customer service, tech support, inside sales, back-office, or a contact center environment. * Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems. * Wired, high-speed internet (20+ Mbps). * Ability to type at least 20 words per minute. * Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and team collaboration. Preferred * State or Federal work experience. * Sales or training experience in a tech or customer service environment. Working Conditions * Professional office environment with a combination of in-office and remote days. * Sedentary work with occasional movement around the office. * Frequent use of computer and telephone headset; may operate other office equipment. Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $21 - $31/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
