Job Overview: Cicada is seeking a versatile, self-directed, and highly motivated Associate Marketing Project Manager with Digital Marketing expertise and experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, Consumer Health, Wearables, or similar market segments. This individual will be responsible for leading all phases of client engagement from project initiation through completion and closeout.The ideal candidate will be focused on developing highly attentive, consultative long-term partnerships with clients and have experience in both marketing and project management settings. The candidate must present a very professional demeanor to instill a deep confidence within all team members that project expectations will be exceeded via a keen attention to detail, timely communications, deep expertise, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic and operational project leadership at all stages of the project lifecycle including: Project Initiation: Assists business development with project budgeting & estimations to develop project Statement of Work (SOW) Develops project management and resource plans in advance of kick-off, and communicates project goals with internal and external stakeholders Services Delivery: Drives communication cross-functionally with client senior leaders on integrated planning topics including timelines, status, objectives, deliverables, findings, and key results, from the kick-off meeting through weekly communications and the close-out meeting. Leads project team deliverables, decides methodologies, and completes or contributes to building project deliverables. Maintains high quality standards and excellent project documentation. Measures performance to support business development in documenting and communicating the value of Cicada’s services. Builds and maintains strong and lasting highly collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients. Project Completion Reviews and delivers work products per SOW. Generates standardized project summary based on findings and review of goals and KPIs defined at initiation, collects client feedback and team assessments, and archives all information for future reference. Continually manages and prepares accordingly for next-phase deliverables with clients. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to think critically, prioritize activities, and allocate resources accordingly. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including well-developed presentation, documentation and time-management skills. Ability to continually evaluate, influence, and subsequently elevate and hold teams and operating systems to the highest standards. Strong sense of design appeal and sensitivity to professionalism and perception. General business and industry knowledge to assess the impact of project decisions on financial and corporate objectives. A passion for creating meaningful, highly collaborative and long-term relationships and partnerships with clients and colleagues. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Typically requires 2 years of experience within the Medical/Life Sciences product/solution industry or similar, or relevant experience in account management in a digital marketing setting Demonstrated project management experience with preference to project planning examples Powered by JazzHR
