A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, U.S. Antitrust. Key Responsibilities Advise on U.S. antitrust laws related to pricing, contracting, and managed markets projects Collaborate with various teams to assess antitrust risks and support corporate transactions Assist in responding to government inquiries and litigation related to antitrust issues Required Qualifications J.D. from a nationally accredited law school Admission to CA state bar or ability to gain admission within 90 days 12+ years of antitrust experience at a law firm or in-house In-depth understanding of federal/state antitrust laws and unfair competition laws Experience with healthcare compliance and pricing arrangements preferred
