A company is looking for an Associate Director in the Transmission & Distribution Department. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering activities during proposal, design, quality control, and construction stages of transmission line projects Provide strategic direction and oversight for team performance, budgets, and employee development Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to promote revenue growth and maintain client relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited school 12+ years of experience in the engineering field PE registration is required Prior management and technical transmission line design or construction experience required Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
