A company is looking for an Associate Director, Processing to oversee the Financial Aid Processing Team and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Processing Specialists to improve student retention and success Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations through quality assurance activities Analyze team performance metrics to facilitate improvements and maintain service-level agreements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of five years of related experience required Minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred Experience in higher education preferred Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
