A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their growing US legal team. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements and support business teams on privacy and data security provisions Provide legal advice to protect the company's interests and identify potential legal risks Assist with compliance issues, contract management, and the drafting of terms of use and privacy policies Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house at a technology company Law degree from an accredited university Active and in good standing with the state bar of the jurisdiction of residence Flexibility to work on a broad range of legal matters Experience with general commercial contracts
