A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel - Public Sector. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and RFP responses with federal, state, and local Public Sector customers Manage and implement contract management tools and workflows across internal teams Build strong cross-functional relationships with various internal stakeholders Required Qualifications 2+ years of contracts management and experience, particularly with government contracts Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related contracting laws J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Membership in at least one U.S. state bar Experience at a government procurement agency or established federal contractor is preferred
