Position: Associate Child Therapist Welcome to the Parent Child Therapy Clinic Inc! Seeking motivated BBS Registered Child Therapists to join our team in Ventura, California. We specialize in Evidence-Based Treatments, with a focus on PCIT Equipped with fully furnished PCIT rooms Opportunity for PCIT certification under a dually-certified trainer This role is OFFICE-BASED • Full-time positions available / Hourly pay / Non-exempt status• Bilingual skills preferred We Offer : • Quickly filled caseloads and referrals• $300 per hiring year for CEUs and conferences• Separate paid time off and sick leave benefits• Dental and vision coverage provided / No medical benefits• Weekly supervision by licensed professionals• Group liability insurance covered by the clinic• CalSavers Roth IRA retirement plan• No worries about billing or collections; the clinic handles this for you• Flexible work schedule• Opportunity for paid blogging and community marketing We are a supportive team that values collaboration and assistance Starting pay at $34-40/hr for clinical work and $22/hr for administrative tasks ($34-$52 added together) Potential for raises after 6 months and beyond Responsibilities:• Provide mental health support to children and their families through individual, family, and group therapy sessions• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on the DSM-V criteria• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment approaches• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for all therapy sessions• Participate in mandatory workshops and staff meetings• Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment for the team Qualifications:• Must hold an active California provisional license/registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC• Should possess a Master's or Doctorate degree• Required to adhere to professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations• Previous experience working with children in clinical settings is preferred• Being multilingual is advantageous• Must be willing to acquire and excel in diagnostic and assessment skills• Able to travel to and work at the Ventura office• Must demonstrate both independence and teamwork skills Compensation: $34 - $52 clinical hour About Company: Parent Child Therapy Clinic Inc. is a thriving and growing child therapy group practice located in Ventura, CA.
