The Associate Brand Manager will support our team by working with customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction, adhering to best customer service practices, and working with customers on their service needs.This Associate Brand Manager role is best suited for someone who is passionate, empathetic, driven and loves solving complex problems. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, works efficiently under pressure, and has an incredible knack for remaining calm and positive in all situations. More specifically, the Associate Brand Manager will: Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details. Be the first point of contact for both customers to help solve product or service questions, any new inquiries, and customer complaints. Support our sales team by assisting in the sales cycle and presenting products that best suit customer needs. Identify any new market trends and inefficiencies to enhance the support customer service in market and improve the customer experience Work with a diverse team of individuals in a team environment and attend weekly meets that will suffice customer service skills Associate Brand Manager Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Proven experience build rapport and building relationships with customers Ability to prioritize specific assignments and multitask to be efficient Positive and professional demeanor Comfortable with in-person sales Willing to work face to face with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills #Li-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
