Based in Vista, CA, this position offers an opportunity for growth, mentorship from senior associates, and engagement in meaningful work helping clients achieve their legal goals. Ideal candidates will have completed law school, passed the state bar, and possess strong communication skills and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.DutiesConduct legal research, analyze legal issues, and provide advice on client cases.Draft and prepare documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts.Maintain organized client files to ensure ease of access for all team members.Participate in hearings and other legal proceedings under the guidance of senior attorneys.Negotiate on behalf of clients, working toward resolutions that meet client needs.Collaborate with senior associates, clients, and other team members to ensure case progression.RequirementsAdmission to the state bar and active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).Ability to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and other staff to serve client needs.Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsMust have passed the state bar exam.Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).SkillsExcellent legal research and document drafting skills.Strong organizational abilities to manage case files and documentation.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desired.Detail-oriented with a commitment to advancing client outcomes.Work SettingIn-Office Preference: The legal team values in-office collaboration to enhance client engagement and teamwork.Remote Work: Remote opportunities are available based on location and adherence to productivity and communication standards.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package with bonus opportunities.Opportunity to work on impactful cases and contribute to meaningful change in clients' lives.Career growth with mentorship and professional development provided by senior associates.Vista, CA-based applicants will have preference, with consideration for remote work based on specific qualifications and experience.
