This full-time position provides the opportunity to work on business and real estate transactions while collaborating closely with business owners and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have a background in transactional law, with a focus on business formations, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as an understanding of corporate governance, tax, and succession planning.Duties:Assist in the formation and maintenance of business entities for clients.Provide legal advice on various matters related to real estate, corporate governance, tax issues, and business succession planning.Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, as well as financings.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including corporate documents and contracts.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal counsel.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service and the efficient handling of complex transactions.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their legal needs are met in a timely and effective manner.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Proven ability to handle complex transactional matters in business and real estate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive approach to case management.Education:J.D. from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar is required.Skills:Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills.Knowledge of business law, real estate, and tax law.Effective communicator with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and business owners.Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Collaborative team player, eager to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment.Benefits:Opportunities for professional growth and development.Health and wellness benefits.Paid time off and holidays.
