Job Title: Associate Attorney – Landlord-Tenant Law Job Description: We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Staten Island, NY, to seek an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in landlord-tenant law. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, expertise in handling complex tenant disputes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in landlord-tenant cases, including housing court proceedings. Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, leases, and agreements. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations. Provide clients with strategic counsel on landlord-tenant issues. Efficiently manage a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in New York State. Minimum of 3 years of experience in landlord-tenant law or related fields preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
