The position focuses on managing foreclosure cases on behalf of clients, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and legal research skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Duties:Prepare, review, and approve legal pleadings related to foreclosure matters.Handle all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters.Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings, both telephonically and in person.Conduct regular meetings with clients and provide case updates.Review chains of title to ensure accuracy and compliance.Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Rhode Island Bar Association.Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client interactions through emails, phone calls, and legal systems.Exceptional client service and relationship management abilities.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and timely decision-making capabilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in Rhode Island is required.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and legal research.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.Benefits:Eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-focused law firm.Participation in special legal projects and professional growth opportunities.This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity for an attorney to build expertise in foreclosure law while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
