This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, mentorship, and the chance to work with clients in meaningful and impactful ways.Duties:Provide comprehensive legal counsel in areas such as business law, estate planning, and family law.Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other essential paperwork.Manage client matters with a focus on providing exceptional service, and responsiveness, and developing long-term client relationships.Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as necessary.Work collaboratively with firm partners and team members to develop strategies for improving client outcomes and enhancing internal processes.Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout their cases.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.Strong interest in family law, business law, estate planning, or other general legal practice areas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Prior experience is a plus but not required; mentorship and training are available for the right candidate.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Wisconsin State Bar.Skills:Strong legal writing and research abilities.Ability to manage client matters efficiently while providing high-quality service.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.Benefits:Work-life balance with flexible scheduling.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative, supportive work environment.
