The successful candidate will have the chance to receive mentorship and take on meaningful responsibilities while working in a fast-paced setting that demands excellent organizational and multitasking skills.DutiesAssist with a variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas.Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to manage cases and provide effective legal solutions.Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide legal guidance.Participate in meetings, court hearings, and depositions as required.Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Contribute to case strategy and participate in the development of legal arguments.Requirements0-3 years of relevant legal experience or judicial clerkship experience.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.Bar admission in the State of New Jersey.Willingness to work in the office full-time.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in New Jersey.SkillsProficient in legal research and drafting.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all legal matters.BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance and accidental death dismemberment coverage.Profit-sharing and 401(k) retirement plan.Paid vacation and paid holidays.
