This position will be focused on managing foreclosure matters and offering legal expertise and support throughout the process. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and deliver high-quality service to clients. The role requires a strong ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining exceptional client relationships and paying detailed legal attention.Duties:Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related legal documents.Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters and litigation.Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (both telephonic and in-person).Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients regarding case status.Review and ensure the accuracy of chains of title.Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership and good standing with the Maine Bar Association.Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client interaction (email, phone, client systems).Strong client service and relationship management skills.Demonstrated problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active member of the Vermont Bar Association.Skills:In-depth knowledge of foreclosure law and procedures.Strong written and verbal communication.Excellent client relationship management.Organizational and time-management skills.Ability to navigate a high-pressure, high-volume workload.
