This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters. The firm offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time work and seeks a candidate who can handle their responsibilities independently while delivering high-quality legal services. The position is located in Quakertown, PA, and offers a collaborative environment with room for growth.Duties:Advise clients on estate planning, including the creation of trusts, wills, and other related documents.Handle elder law cases, asset preservation strategies, and Medicaid planning and appeals.Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances when necessary.Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Manage client relationships, providing guidance and updates on case progress.Work independently to meet deadlines and client expectations.Maintain detailed case files and documentation for all client matters.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, elder law, asset preservation, and Medicaid planning.Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.Ability to work independently and manage a caseload without direct supervision.Courtroom experience is required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.Skills:Estate planning, trusts, and elder law knowledge.Strong legal research and writing skills.Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing legal counsel.Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive client matters.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, though not required.Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional development.Flexible work hours (part-time or full-time options available).
