We are looking to bring onto our team a powerful attorney experienced. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience exclusively in a divorce and family law setting; Admission to the New York State Bar (Admission to Connecticut State Bar a plus) with membership in good standing; Demonstrated expertise in New York family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles; Excellent legal writing skills; Ability to manage 20+ complex cases at the same time; Detail oriented; Compassionate and empathetic towards Clients. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and representation to Clients facing various types of Matrimonial and Family Law matters, most notably: Uncontested divorce, contested divorce, child custody petitions, surrogacy contracts and pre-birth orders, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support modification; Preparation and drafting of legal documents; Conduct legal research; Continued legal learning through participation in CLE, outside research, and Firm-sponsored educational workshops; Strict adherence to Attorney-Client confidentiality; Always maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients, opposing counsels, Courts, and co-workers. We are waiting for you!!Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $120.00 - $180.00 per year
