A company is looking for an Associate Application Analyst to provide system-level support for clinical and financial applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support for applications and systems Participate in project planning sessions and monitor project progress Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with various departments for application training and support Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Associate's Degree required or 2 years of college preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry required Minimum 1 year to 2 years of work experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry preferred Basic knowledge of systems analysis and project management concepts Fundamental understanding of application support
