A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to support and engage with small and medium-sized customers. Key Responsibilities Lead customer success and growth strategies, including account segmentation and marketing guidance Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, negotiating renewals, and gathering client insights Maintain operational excellence through effective organization and collaboration with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or managing a book of business Experience with B2B clients is preferred Bonus points for experience in HR/Corporate Communications or the SaaS industry Background in customer service or project management with renewal or upsell responsibilities is beneficial Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Office 365 or G Suite is required
