Hourly rate ranges from $16.25 - $16.50 per hourand is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Brand: Spencer'sThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
