You will be leading the team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain operational store standards.Duties: Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience Maintain VM standards and stock management Provide the Store Manager with support to drive the store to success Lead, motivate, and inspire to achieve store targets Coach, develop, and mentor your teamSkills & Experience: Previous retail experience or customer service Passion for coaching and developing your team Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi-task Creating a customer service culture Driving performance within the store 50% discount across all our brands for you and your family!
