Assistant Property Manager Birmingham GBP20,000 : GBP27,000 + Commission + Package We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager to join a progressive, dynamic agency working in conjunction with Birminghams largest property developer based in Birmingham City Centre. The company you will be working for handles every aspect of property management on behalf of clients, including maintenance, tenant liaison and administration. Your role as Assistant Property Manager will include private residential and commercial property management and you will be responsible for 198 properties to begin your career with scope to take on more responsibilities. Key responsibilities: Working as part of the team, assisting an experienced, senior property manager with all aspects of the day: to: day property management tasks across a large and diverse portfolio Providing administrative support, from resident/tenant correspondence to taking messages and creating wider database communications. Managing contractors engaged for maintenance. Negotiations If you have a lettings background looking for a step up with at least 1 years property / lettings experience we want to hear from you. Whilst property related qualifications are desirable, they are not essential and can be supported in post. You will be offered a competitive salary package including uncapped commission, performance based bonuses and the opportunity to work on prestigious property projects in the Midlands.
