Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager Location: Juneau, AK Shift: Day Shift Salary Range: $97,484.00 - $136,700.00 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Package: $10,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary along with sign-on and relocation bonuses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably in ambulatory care, and some supervisory experience. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direct supervision to nursing staff. Ensure high standards of care and service are maintained. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing unit. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Engage in staff development and mentoring. Education and Certification Requirements: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program. Active nursing license in Alaska, or must have applied for an Alaska nursing license at the time of direct hire. Agency staff must already hold an active Alaska license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. Experience Requirements: Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience.
