The Headlines: In the role of Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll build some of the most iconic brands, shaping culture and changing the way consumers enjoys beer. You’ll get to operate as a business owner, effectively blending the art & science of marketing–all while having over the 100s of years of brewing heritage behind you. In this specific role, you will be an Assistant Marketing Manager in which you will be responsible for executing key programs that bring refreshment to consumers, make more people want to hang out with us and drive the brand’s growth into the future. This role will support our Above Premium portfolio of brands. The Responsibilities: Marketing Communications & Creativity Responsible for developing and executing through-the-line marketing programs and advertising campaigns Manage the creative development process with internal stakeholders and external agencies Manage Molson’s social channels with agency partners Collaborate with marketing cross-functionals - including Media, Shopper, Precision Marketing & Data – to craft effective campaigns and analyze performance Liaise with Trade Marketing and key regional sales stakeholders to drive retail performance in key markets Brand Strategy & Consumer Understanding Assist in the.
