The Restaurant & Bar has 120 covers collectively – think private dining, events space and bar You will be responsible for the development & training of all your staffs and the guest experience whilst deputising for the GM in their absence. You will build a strong relationship with the GM and the kitchen team to produce and deliver the best food in the business, you will have a strong hold on people and HR through to labour and payroll. You will be the face of the organisation and we are looking for a professional who can act as an ambassador for the growing group. This site depends no regulars who have high expectations – you must love interacting and knowing your clientele.
