Pullman Care in Pullman, WA is now hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing/DON (RN)! Come join our amazing team! What you will do: Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON Must have: Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!) Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a Leadership capacity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting Caldera Cares for you!
