Now Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Duties: Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in managing and maintaining quality care Conduct weekly Wound/Skin Rounds Ensure effective communication and compliance with nursing staff Address nursing medical needs of residents Coordinate and direct nursing service planning Maintain knowledge of nursing theory and practice Complete medical records accurately and timely Assist in interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff Oversee daily staffing and infection control processes Remain flexible with work schedule to address unpredictable needs Requirements: Current State RN license required Minimum 3 years experience in Long-Term Care settings Preferred 2 years of management experience, 1 year of staff education experience Excellent communication and basic leadership skills required Flexibility with hours required About us: Martine Center is a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in White Plains, NY.
