One of my main contractor clients is seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Design Manager to join their design management team. With a focus on residential projects in South and West London, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of high: rise, high: quality developments. If you have architectural experience and a keen eye for detail, wed love to hear from you Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Design Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, from RIBA stage 3 to completion. Assist in the coordination and management of the design process, including liaising with architects, consultants, suppliers and contractors. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design: related issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate and review design documentation, such as drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design: related documentation, including design briefs, design reports, and design reviews.
