Now Hiring Assistant Clinical Director, South Jersey NJ PURPOSE : This position will supervise, schedule, implement and evaluate the clinical operations and all related activities for patients and staff of Grace Healthcare Services' clinical program. Job Description: Develop agenda, schedule and manage the Regional Manager Meetings Monitor and manage the Face-to-Face visits to confirm timelines and relevance Complete performance evaluations for all direct reports including staff performing face to face visits. Work with Human Resources on any employee counseling Direct process to receive prior authorizations for Medicare Part D. Track and report all third-party Medicare Part D Provider claims Assist with the preparation of ADR, RAC, ZPIC audits and Medicare Part D appeals Track and monitor status of all audits in process of being reviewed by intermediary Assist with support of the field and office clinical staff; this includes riding in the field and role modeling for staff nurses in the field. Provide feedback to Regional Managers for counseling and performance reviews Be a resource for Community Representatives and Intake Staff, provide guidance for clinically complex patients Qualifications: Current NJ Registered Nurse License required Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing preferred 3 years' experience preferably in hospice or home care with progressive management responsibilities Able to manage and handle multiple tasks Exhibit technical competence, PC skills Ability to teach concepts to others Critical thinking and reasoning ability Excellent level of professionalism in person and over the telephone
