We are looking for a motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing and advertising team . This entry-level role offers comprehensive training in key areas, including marketing strategies, direct advertising, visual merchandising, consumer market research, and promotional techniques. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to become a team lead within the marketing department. You will report directly to the Executive Marketing Manager . Key Responsibilities Support the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns. Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts. Manage the needs of external customers with professionalism and expertise. Develop strong interpersonal and leadership abilities . Execute retail promotional campaigns to increase sales. Boost brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing. Engage in customer interactions and communication to foster relationships. Requirements Passion for marketing, sales, or retail. Interest in managing various business aspects and responsibilities. Ability to personalize marketing campaigns , providing an alternative to mass sales strategies. Recognizes outstanding performance, integrity , and demonstrates a winning attitude for internal growth opportunities . Authorized to work in the United States.
