The candidate successful in their application for this Assembly Operative role based in Newton, Cambridgeshire will play an important part in the production process. Responsibilities of an Assembly Operative: Support the assembly and test of product for production. Product assembly. Test electronic assemblies at functional level, plug and play. Maintain concise test and production records, good attention to detail. Comply with company policies, procedures, and core values. To maintain a clean and safe working environment. Work as part of a team The business is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. Now is the perfect time to join our client as they look develop their existing team into 2024. The ideal Assembly Operative in Newton, Cambridgeshire, will have; Relevant experience in a production environment. Working knowledge of PCB assembly. Ability to solder to IPC 610 standard. Knowledge of IPC and ISO Standards. Pro-active in work approach and ability to escalate promptly through the correct channels. High flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task and grow within a fast-working Environment. Strong organisational skills and ability to focus on detail.
