Role: Arrears and Collections Official Location: Belfast / Hybrid working (on completion of initial training period). This role is being offered on a permanent basis. About the Role: We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals with a passion for engaging with and supporting retail customers who are in financial difficulty, to implement appropriate strategies to resolve their position. Key Responsibilities Include: : Demonstrate strong communication skills to handle both inbound and outbound customer phone calls: Manage a portfolio of impaired or at: risk mortgage and personal borrowers and implement appropriate case strategies. Work independently, overcome obstacles and escalate when appropriate. Deliver high levels of professionalism and a strong customer conduct culture. What you will bring: : Ability to work in a team. Communicate with confidence to positively influence decisions and gain commitment. Achieve results consistently and resiliently. Experience working in financial services or arrears management (desirable, but not essential). Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A: C Grade).
