Category/Shift : Salaried Full-Time Physical Location : International Paper Grande Prairie Pulp Mill 53024A Resources Road County of Grande Prairie No.1 Directions: Travel 12 kms south of Grande Prairie on Resources Road. The Job You Will Perform: Ensure that safety requirements are known and champion the creation of a culture that supports employees and contractors being able to conduct their activities safely. Learn and become a technical resource for the unit operations and equipment within your main process areas and become proficient in the other U&C operations. Lead the creation, execution and verification of development and engagement activities for the employees that are assigned. Consistently apply policies for scheduling and pay. Ensure that safety, operating and maintenance procedures and practices are up-to-date, followed and improved. Create and ensure compliance with the centerlines that deliver the expected operating rates while meeting the defined quality parameters within the specified control limits for the processes. Perform APM functions in the Daily Operations and Manufacturing Work System processes. Identify and support the development, justification, execution and implementation of opportunities to improve, safety, cost, variability and reliability to meet the Corporation’s expectations of YOY improvement. Ensure that the W&WT and Boiler Feedwater area complies with current and future Orange Book Policies. Partner with the operating and maintenance department leaders to create organizations capable of delivering the expected area performance.
