Our team is growing! We are looking for good people to occupy the Lead coordinator / Appointment setter position. In this role, you will manage initial communication with sellers, answer incoming marketing calls, and make outbound calls/text/emails. You will also be responsible for following up with prospects. This is a bi-weekly paid position with a bonus per lead the company converts on that you worked on. The better you do in setting up appointments for our acquisition team to help our sellers, the more you'll make! Responsibilities:• Answer all incoming calls• Rapidly respond to online lead sources (Website leads, FB, SEO, PPC)• Set 15-20 appointments per week per active Acquisitions Rep• CRM management of all leads within the system (Salesforce)• Marketing tracking spreadsheet input• Follow up with potential sellers to set appointments• Returned mail data entry• Obtain new leads from outside sources• When all information is gathered, you'd be expected to make a decision as to how the lead will be handled• General team support Qualifications:• A motivated individual who likes to work with people over the phone. You will be taking up to 200 calls per week, so you need to be available and ready to talk• Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers• Excellent skills with excel, word, and PowerPoint• Efficient Google Calendar management• Learn quickly and take constructive criticism• Must have own phone and computer, able to enter data into the computer-based CRM system• Critical thinking skills and the ability to diligently complete tasks and to speak with potential sellers so they can gather relevant information• Prior phone sales skills a plus!
