ISLAND OWL MAZDA is growing again and we are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team in our busy Vancouver Island location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, and a desire to grow with us! This will be a shared role with our North Island Nissan dealership, so working with both customer databases will be part of the role. Responsibilities: Book and confirm service appointments Service follow up calls Track daily activities Communicate with parts department to ensure parts are available for booked appointments Service reminder calls Recall reminder calls Other various admin duties Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Can work independently or as part of a team Professional manners on the phone Wage: Depending on experience; pay range $20-$25 per hour Benefits: Company events Extended health benefits Experience: Customer service: 2 years (required) Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred) At Island Owl Mazda, we are in the business of helping clients from Campbell River and surrounding areas find the perfect new Mazda or pre-owned vehicle.
