A company is looking for an API/SDK Customer Support Engineer II to assist customers with issues related to their API and SDK. Key Responsibilities Advise customers on the capabilities of the API and SDK Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution Build sample applications to demonstrate the SDK's value Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 2-4 years of experience in building applications using Javascript and Python in a UNIX/Linux environment Experience with GraphQL API and SSO/SAML implementation Experience in a technical support role, preferably with enterprise-level customers Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, git, and GitHub Associate or B.S. degree or technical certification in computer programming
