Mercy Health Spring Valley Midwives is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a full-time Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our esteemed practice in Holland, Ohio. Committed to providing exceptional care to women throughout all stages of life, our practice boasts a full scope collaborative environment where providers thrive, and patients receive top-notch midwifery care. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering comprehensive women's healthcare services with compassion and excellence. Job Details: Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week, including 4-5-person 24/7 call rotation at St. Vincents hospital (level IV). Patient Access: The chosen provider will facilitate access to both current and new patients at Spring Valley Midwives, fostering continuity of care and patient satisfaction. Onsite Ultrasound: Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound technology onsite, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient care. Patient Panel Management: The Midwife will participate in a shared patient load, while also contributing to the growth of new patient volume, providing a dynamic and engaging practice environment. Virtual Visits: In line with modern healthcare practices, virtual visits are an available option when deemed appropriate, allowing for flexibility and accessibility in patient care delivery. Scope of Practice: With a focus on women's health, responsibilities will encompass a range of services including gynecological, preconception, antepartum/ intrapartum/ postpartum care, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.
